Dear sir,
Very respectfully, the concern Nigerians is a public spirited group with a prime objective of ensuring that public officials entrusted with public resources do not abuse same and the influence accruing from their offices, for personal gain. Our aim is to enforce public accountability.

It is against this background that we humbly present the instant complaint bordering on suspicion of corruption, abuse of power and office by barrister joseph nwadike of the Nigerian Interpol prosecutor, the commissioner of police adeyemi Samuel OGUNJELUMISI against Mr. Emmanuel Benjamin. The complaint of corruption and abuse of office is based on proof and documentations.

Without further ado, we hereby proceed to give particulars of our allegation.
1. barrister Joseph Nwadike Interpol prosecutor  that was assign on a case to between Emmanuel Benjamin and a Spanish national José Marin Lopez and his personal assistant Tim Enwerem  at owerri imo state.

(i) Emmanuel Benjamin reported a case to the Nigerian Interpol claiming that his partner has duped him of 450 million naira, the Interpol gave an arrest warrant for the arrest of Spanish man and his PA at owerri.and  later transferred Jose marin Lopez and Tim enwerem to Abuja all flight expenses was from Emmanuel Benjamin,s pocket.
(ii) Some days later commissioner Adeyemi Samuel invited the complainant which is Emmanuel Benjamin to the police station in Abuja and detained him without reason, when his lawyer asked the commissioner why he was detained unjustly he said .order from above after 24hrs he was released but till date no man has explained why he was detained.
(iii) The case was transferred back to Owerri high court
(iv) automatically the case became Interpol verse Emmanuel Benjamin/Jose Marin Lopez while the complain was made initially by Emmanuel Benjamin to the Nigerian Interpol.
{Something is wrong.}
The complainant become the defendant
(v) what was the guarantee of trust to the people u ask to help repatriate your funds stolen by Jose Marin Lopez and his pa Tim Enwerem.?

Still on the case Jose Marin Lopez spent some time in Imo state prison while the case was going on. The prosecuting counsel barrister Joseph Nwadike for the Nigerian INTERPOL saw the future of the CASE and proposed an out of court settlement [ADR]. An MOU was signed by barrister Joseph Nwadike, Emmanuel Benjamin/Jose Marin Lopez /TIM Enwrem called peace accord.
They were term on this peace accord:
1.  The passport of José Marin will be in police custody until the whole fund is returned back
2.  He has six weeks to returned to funds
3.  Etc
One week after signing the peace accord that secured his released the Nigerian police /Interpol can’t provide the where about of José Marin Lopez and his pa Tim Enwerem.
Jose Marin Lopez is now cooling off in Spain.
Emmanuel Benjamin wrote series of petition to the Nigerian police but none has been treated or even called the public officers involve for questioning
Mr Chairman, with this intimidation Mr. Emmanuel Benjamin has received from the people he ran to for help there is absolutely no trust he put on public officers but please give Nigerians hope to trust public officers .it is quite obvious that José marine Lopez and his PA paid bribe to escape.
NB: Mr Chairman Emmanuel Benjamin still poses an engineering drawing he paid over 40million naira cash to José marine Lopez HE RECIEVED an box with blank papers for 40million naira.

The instant petition should not, with the greatest respect, be construed as a witch-hunt against barrister Joseph Nwadike and Commissioner Adeyemi Samuel OGUNJELUMISI of the Nigerian police. She only represents the first example of our eagerness to demand accountability from public officials. Barrister Joseph Nwadike is test case of corruption and the fight against same, and the where about of JOSE MARIN LOPEZ AND HIS PA TIM ENWEREM.

We wish to indicate the preparedness of our organisation to co-operate with you towards the investigation of the matters raised in this humble petition.

Respectfully submitted.
Yours faithfully,
Oremus  .s
